WinMac Terms & Conditions

1. Warranty:
   • Hardware: comes with their respective manufacturers warranty conditions of each manufacturer unless otherwise stated.
   • Original Invoice must be presented for any Warranty claims.
   • All Warranty are not an instant replacement we will try our best to remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
   • Products purchased for personal, domestic or household use, you may have certain rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (Consumer Guarantees Act) that cannot be excluded or limited. These terms do not limit or alter your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (other than in the circumstances permitted under that Act). Visit with Consumer Guarantees Act at the Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment’s website (www.consumerprotection.govt.nz/general-help/consumer-laws/consumer-guarantees-act) and the Commerce Commission’s website (comcom.govt.nz/consumers/your-rights-as-a-consumer)
   • Software related faults are not covered by any warranty.
   • Removal or tempering with any Parts or Unauthorized usage will void the Warranty.
   • All Products purchased remains the property of WinMac Computer Solutions until full payment is received and funds cleared.
2. Prices All prices are in NZ Dollars and exclude GST and freight, and are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Web links are provided for your convenience, however product information and pricing etc. found via web links may not apply to products available for purchase in New Zealand.
4. Any New Parts sold is covered by one year Return To Base Warranty unless otherwise stated
5. Refunds, Return (within 7 days of purchase):  Attract restocking Fee. All Returns MUST be in Resalable Condition with complete original packaging.  All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice. Software cannot be returned or refunded due to Copyright Law/Licensing Issues
6. Finance is available.
7. While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, WinMac Computer Solutions will not be liable for any inaccuracies in the information contained herein.
8. All products are subject to availability.  Listing does not indicate quantity of stock-on-hand, please Call Us to check on the availability of items and their updated prices.
9. WinMac Computer Solutions reserves the right to amend any of the above terms at discretion.
10. Acceptance By placing the order for any product through WinMac Computer Solutions you are deemed to accept the terms and conditions of sale.
